I know that when you gave me "The China Study" I was sort of like...um ok? Here I am getting a scientific study book that is going to preach at me.
Well it doesn't. It isn't the least bit dry in the reading and Thomas Campbell never tells you what you have to do, but uses clean simple logic and rational to point out the holes in our current thinking.
I actually enjoyed reading it (and I pretty much only read sci-fi and mysteries) and really recommend this book to anyone concerned about their health or thinking maybe a vegan life is right for them.
