One of the arguments I have heard since declaring that I am eating vegan is when people ask, “Don’t you get bored eating salads all the time?” Well being Vegan doesn’t mean salads all the time. there are lots of wonderful recipes out there too keep things interesting. Personally I love hummus and make it myself instead of paying the grocery store $3 for 7 oz.

But there is more and I found www.vegweb.com by doing a simple Google search for vegetarian recipes. Every week I take stock of my food in the refrigerator and then head over to VegWeb.com to find some new things to try and build my weekly menu and grocery list from that. So far my favorite recipes have been for Asian Noodles with Broccoli and Chick Pea Salad (I love Tuna Salad and this is a good replacement).

The only downside to VegWeb.com is that being it is forum based, when you do a search for certain things (Guacamole for example) you may end up with hundreds of recipes. Filtering through them can be cumbersome. Fortunately they do have a rating system and you can sort results by that, but even this leaves lots of variations to go through.
